You Are The Master Of Your Own Destiny

An ancient saying goes,
"A superior person is the master
of their own fate.
They determine their own destiny,
and create their own blessings.

Calamities and blessings are not fixed;
We bring them upon ourselves."

Thoughts, emotions, intentions, choices, and actions contribute to our energetic state, as do the environments we inhabit. Affirmative activities that leave us feeling joyous, appreciative, loving, and peaceful raise our energetic levels. Constructive, creative, and expansive thoughts do the same. When we cultivate these types of habits that contribute to our physical and mental health and strength, our energy is likewise raised. To increase our life energies, we can try certain meditations, breathing exercises and chants to help us. And by practicing gratitude and forgiveness, surrounding ourselves with loving high-vibration people, eating whole foods, and spending time in nature, these can also help us transcend our current energetic levels. As your energetic frequency evolves, so you too will evolve, aiding you to become active agents of your own life and to regain agency of your destiny.

You reap the fruit from the seeds you sow

There are those of us who believe that our lives are predestined and fated to progress a certain way and that we should resign ourselves to our lots in life. This attitude and outlook is simply a means of escaping responsibility for your life. For all the haphazard seeds you have sown, you have pre-destined the fruits you will harvest. In doing so, you’re self-creating your destiny unconsciously.

There are certain parameters in your life where you have unconsciously written certain programs for yourself. So, as a result, you will tend to go in the direction you have unconsciously programed to take. You may want to go elsewhere, but you just keep going the other way because your program has set coordinates. Its compulsive programed behaviour. However, this does not mean you cannot redirect yourself.

To override these programs, it takes effort beyond body and mind to completely change that direction. If you have mastery over your body, then about 15% to 20% of your destiny will be in your hands. If you have mastery over your mind, then about 50% to 60% of your life destiny will be in your hands. If you have mastery of your life energies, 100% of your destiny will be in your hands.

If you are unconscious, the same endless cycle of the same perpetual struggle will go on and on. Evolution will come to you only if you seek it consciously. Life itself is energy. If you want to function on a higher plane of life, you need a higher level or quality of energy. How alive and wakeful you are is how energetic you are.
